Jennifer Bartlett has been practicing law for more than 20 years, accumulating a wide variety of experience and knowledge. She has been a member of the firm since its inception in 2006, and has also managed its California office since that time.
Jennifer has continuously practiced in the field of civil tort law, and has acquired extensive experience litigating “on both sides of the aisle.” She spent the first half of her career practicing as a defense attorney specializing in the area of medical malpractice. She handled all aspects of case management and trial, as well as supervising other attorneys. This experience allowed her to become skilled in litigating medical/legal issues, but also instilled a deep understanding of how the defense bar approaches and litigates those issues.
Jennifer then transitioned into what would become the most purposeful and gratifying aspect of her legal career: representing the families of plaintiffs who have been injured by defective consumer products. Jennifer believes that helping victims of corporate irresponsibility and, in turn, using the law to effectuate positive change in corporate attitudes toward public safety is the best possible application of her law degree.
Jennifer has been included on the Southern California Super Lawyers listing for a number of years, and was invited to join The National Trial Lawyers organization. She is also a member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, the Consumer Attorneys of California, and the American Association of Justice. She is admitted to practice law in the State of California.
