AMY M. CARTER is an associate attorney with Simon Greenstone Panatier Bartlett, PC. Amy earned her J.D., with honors, from the University of Texas School of Law in 1998, where she worked on the Review of Litigation and graduated Order of the Coif. In 1995, she earned her B.S. in Business Management from Southeastern Oklahoma State University. Amy is admitted to practice in Texas, California, Pennsylvania, and before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas.
At SGPB, Amy works on the firm’s pharmaceutical and commercial litigation. Amy has represented thousands of plaintiffs in pharmaceutical litigation across the country.
For the past several years, Amy has been named a Rising Star by the Texas Super Lawyers – an honor bestowed on less than 2.5% licensed lawyers in Texas – in the areas of Class Action/Mass Torts and Personal Injury Plaintiff/Products.
