Ben Braly an associate of Simon Greenstone Panatier Bartlett, PC. Ben received his Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Distribution in 1999 from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas. He graduated cum laude from the SMU Dedman School of Law in Dallas, Texas in 2006. While in law school, Ben participated in a clinical program where he represented about thirty clients charged with misdemeanor crimes. Ben also held a chair position in Student Government and participated in the law school’s yearly comedy stage production.
Ben is licensed to practice law in Texas, California, Florida, Pennsylvania and the Federal Court in the Northern District of Texas and represents clients in cases involving product liability, premises liability, and wrongful death resulting from exposure to asbestos and asbestos-containing products.
Prior to joining Simon Greenstone Panatier Bartlett, PC, Ben worked as a law clerk while attending law school. While clerking, Ben contributed to several asbestos cases, including a three week long Daubert/Robinson causation hearing in 2005. Prior to law school, Ben worked as an electrical project engineer for a major construction contractor outside of Raleigh, North Carolina.
