RACHEL PERKINS

Rachel Perkins has devoted her career to representing individuals injured by the negligence of others. She initially practiced general personal injury law, and now focuses on asbestos litigation, product liability, premises liability, and wrongful death.
Rachel is an associate and mesothelioma lawyer with Simon Greenstone Panatier Bartlett, PC. She graduated magna cum laude from Texas A&M University in 2006, with a Bachelors of Science degree in Political Science, and a minor in Business. She received her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame in 2009.
While at Notre Dame Law School, Rachel was the Executive Solicitations Editor for the Journal of College and University Law. During this time, she authored and published “Federal Funding and Fraud: The False Claims Act in Higher Education after Main v. Oakland City University,”35 J.C. & U.L. 747 (2009).
